There is no physical breeding, so males can breed with males and females can breed with females. In general, their spirit essence is joined together to create a new child Astral. Children Astrals are either given by the companions to another to bond with, or kept with the companion and their family. It's not uncommon for the humanoid races (or at least most of them) to share the wealth regarding the children of their Astral companions. Of course, Damza and Ahi are likely to sell theirs on the black market :X oy. Twins are very rare, and triplets are only granted through eldership or a blessing from Khalindra herself (Through massive bribes, seduction, or various other methods that are none too easy to achieve).

There are no items for breeding, though the chance of twins can be increased by purchasing a charm bracelet and adding different charms to it. Breedings will be chosen via raffle. There will be an RP breeding raffle and a Non-RP breeding raffle. RP breeding raffles will be for those Astrals who have had a relationship established in role play, and will also have an increased (albeit small) chance at having twins. A link to one of the role plays must be present and establish the couple's relationship to count.

You may request breedings outside of raffles at any time by sending a bribe to The Caravan or Misraei on the Caravan forums (if you're not on Pony Island) entitled "Bribe Breeding". Offers may include PG, USD, or Gaia Gold. Bribed breedings guarantee twins with a small chance at triplets. Bribes, to be accepted, generally have to be worth it to add to Mis's long work list.

Breeding Raffle Rules & Need-to-knows

§ The amount of breedings rolled will depend on the amount of couples entered in the raffle.

§ If you are entering with another person's Astral, you will need to have their permission to breed. A board will be posted on the day of the raffle to obtain permission.

§ Astral couples have one baby, though if you have a flower charm & a charm bracelet you have a 5% chance for twins if you choose to apply it to that couple. **Please note that this means there will be two babies, not twin edition.

§ There are a chance for Colorist Choice breedings. If I really like a couple, I may take the breeding.

§ There is a flat breeding fee of 20k PG or $2. If you win a slot, you may choose to try and bribe for twins or triplets. Triplets are only granted through eldership or a blessing from Khalindra herself (Through massive bribes, seduction, or various other methods that are none too easy to achieve). You have 24 hours from the end of the breeding to send in your bribes to The Caravan.

§ Children will write themselves into scrolls, and will progress normally through birth. Edits have a small chance of being passed on only if both parents in question are edited. Edits, as well as genders, are rolled for.

§ You may sell/trade babies. The only thing that The Caravan adoptables/items are available to be traded/sold for are BP, PG, Other adoptables and Gypsy Coin. No RL currency is allowed.

§ You may only enter 2 Astrals into the breeding raffle. This means you can have one couple with both Astrals being yours, or two couples - the partner being someone else's Astrals. You, however, can only enter the raffle once - so your 2nd couple needs to be posted by the owner of the other Astral. (Example: I can either enter two of my own Astrals myself, or enter with two other people's Astrals and my own with me posting one and them posting the other)

§ If you do not have Astral, someone else may enter their pair with the intent on giving you the offspring. It's up to others if they choose to offer this option.

§ Each Astral may only be entered with one partner and one partner only each raffle.

§ Astrals can only breed with members of their own sub-race. Tiri with Tiri, Caelestis with Caelestis, Pan'i with Pan'i.

§ Pony mimic Astrals will not show their markings until adulthood. Dragon breedings will not show dragon traits until adulthood. Edits will not show up until adulthood.

§ You must wait one month in between breeding your Astrals. If your Astral bred in January, they cannot breed again until March.

It's very rare that a pair of Astrals will produce more than 1 offspring. This slot will give you two babies. They may or may not end up identical twins and will take traits from the parents.

Triplet Breeding:
The rarest of all - A pair of Astrals will produce 3 children. The children will take traits from the parents, but odd traits may surface.
Price: 6,000,000 PG or $50

Custom Breeding:
If you don't want to leave breeding up to chance, you may custom in children. Essentially, you choose the gender, traits, colors, etc so long as they're on the parents.
Price: $20 or 2 million per baby, up to 3.
