0. Respect should be given at all times. This means no passive-aggressive behavior and whining. It flat out makes people uncomfortable. Please follow Adoptables Etiquette at all times. The thread outlining the Etiquette I expect can be found here: >Click<
1. Do not steal or claim The Caravan lineart as your own. This includes altering (coloring, editing, etc) said line art without express permission from Misraei.
2. Payment will always be required within 24 hours unless permission is requested before winning something.
3. Do not ask for a job or to guest color. This is on an "I'll come to you" basis =)
4. It is permissible to use your Astral or Companion as an avatar on Pony Island. However, it must be one that YOU own, or one that's been provided as a click and take.
5. It would be lovely if you would link back to the Caravan's site when displaying your pets on your presentation.
6. If you change your name on PI, please inform us so we can change over certs to the new name and update the owners list.
7. If you are leaving PI/Gaia/Whatever, or no longer want your Astrals, please inform us so we can repossess your Astrals/Items for an event. Your choice of gifting is also permissible. This is optional, obviously.
8. Begging, Whining, and Complaining are not tolerated - Subtle or not. Passive Aggressive is usually worse than blatantly doing so.
9. If you are banned from The Caravan for any reason, your Astrals and Items can and will be repossessed without you having any say in what happens. There will be no refunds available.
10. The Caravan holds the right to edit, add, or remove any rule at any time.

Trading Rules:
Violating these rules can result in a graylisting or blacklisting should it be bad enough.

1. The only thing that The Caravan adoptables/items are available to be traded/sold for are BP, PG, Other adoptables ON PONY ISLAND or GAIA and Gypsy Coin. No RL currency is allowed.
2. Do not contact someone about buying or trading an Astral if they have not said that they are wanting to trade. If they have said something in a thread or have posted their own for trading, that is fine.
3. Trading takes place on the forums thorugh the Trading Post. Trading periods take place on a pre-announced date. A new period will start on the 2nd Tuesday of every trade month and end on the 3rd Tuesday of that month. A calendar schedule has been added to the forum in News and Announcements so customers can check when trading is next open. Astrals and Items cannot be traded outside these week long periods. If trades are posted outside of these dates, they will not be touched until the next trading month has opened. To avoid trades falling through, I suggest watching the dates.
4. Trades require a post from both parties involved in trading. The trade will not be facilitated by staff if confirmation from both parties is not posted.
5. The Caravan staff is not responsible for trades that do not go through due to neglecting confirmation or the trade date rules.

Misc. Rules/Information:

1. Naming rules must be followed at all times. Non-Name Names are not allowed - This is on a case to case basis, but if you want to name your Astral "Princess FuFu" I'm going to want to kick you XD; All capital letters are not allowed, as well as common word names (Example: Cheese, Irresistible, Etc). You may use any existing names, make up your own names, but please refrain from using WORDS for names. No acronyms are allowed, either.
2. Cosplays - Cosplays can be done, but they are prohibited from being role played. The only exception to this is if you, say, get a cosplay of an animal in a movie/anime/whatever. You cannot get Kakashi or Inuyasha or Spiderman and RP them - but you can get Rainbow Brite's horse, Khan from Mulan, etc.
3. Please use common sense at all times.
4. There are two levels to banning. Gray listing, which is a temporary ban that will be up after a certain amount of time has passed...And Blacklisting, which is permanent.

Role Play Rules:

1. Keep ALL OOC CONVERSATIONS while in an RP in these nifty little bubbles (( )) failure to do so...will make people upset at you.
2. Please read back a page or two if you're going to jump into an RP that's already taking place. It's only polite to actually know what's going on, and if you'd even be welcome to join the particular plot that's going on. Use good judgment on this.
3. No god moding. Yeah, it's nice to have powers and be immortal and be the all "Holier Than Thou" god with a pitchfork poking at things and killing them instantly. Unfortunately, not only is it unrealistic, it's quite annoying to others. So just don't do it. I will give you a warning if I hear about it.
4. Please, PLEASEEEEE Do not use premade characters. Be original. I don't want to see Sephiroth or Naruto running around in my shop
5.Try to use good grammar when writing or role-playing. I can understand a few mistakes but don't go over board.
6. If you need leave the role-play for any reason, please tell them you are doing so. It's just polite so people aren't waiting on you needlessly. Even better if you can find something to keep your character busy for a few turns but allows for easy re-entry.
7. Please keep true to the races physical and character traits. There's always an oddball rebellious black sheep, yes, but don't play it unless you're willing to play with the consequences (Usually being an outcast, or worse)
8. If something requires approval before RPing it out (Abilities and Celestial characters, for example) please go through the proper channels to get it done.
